Keys are created in your browser when Web Crypto supports the algorithm. A passphrase uses the API fallback so the private key can be encrypted. Keys and passphrases are not stored.
How to use this tool as an API
Optional API for scripts. UI prefers Web Crypto, and uses POST when a passphrase is set. algorithm is ed25519, rsa2048, or rsa4096. Keys and passphrases are never stored.
